Where do we start with this one? The day was planned for absolute PRECISION with everything you can think of organised. Sax players, soul singers, string quartet, magician, the list is endless! So to say I was looking forward to this would be an understatement!
BUT... Let me set the scene, it was a beautiful day, a little blowy but nothing to be concerned about.
We had discussed getting shots down at the pier head in Liverpool outside the liver buildings.We set up for the first shot, a cheeky kiss with some sun glasses on.
A gust of wind came. The veil came loose and blows away. VEIL FAIL!
As you can imagine, a busy sunny day at the waterfront left crowds of bystanders horrified by what they was viewing with many offering to help!
Sarah took it like a champ and seen the funny side of things! Carl being the gentleman that he is, had other ideas.
Next stop, back to the bridal shop for a new veil!
Little things like this, although disastrous, are what makes the day. Gives everyone a funny story to look back on and makes the day truly unique to the couple! The guests couldnt believe what had gone on while we was away!
